This naturally conditioned perry takes the juice of traditional perry pears like Blakeney Red and Gin and undergoes the keeving process that is unique to cider and perry. This enables us to have more control over the ferment and to bottle the slow fermenting perry so that it will continue to give a mousse like sparkle in bottle. A glorious expression of the perry pear.

The tangy citrus derived from the predominant citric acid in perry pears lends this perry a lemon/lime zest which with the rich pear fruit makes this a very refreshing creamy perry to savour.
