The Whole Truth is a Perry Pear Eau de Vie. The spirit of a blended perry distilled. After a spontaneous wild ferment of a blend of perry pears from the harvest of 2024, the resulting dry perry was matured for 2 months before being lovingly distilled in a column still by Shaun Ward, master distiller at Ludlow Distillery. The resulting spirit is so aromatically accurate for the perry pears and the taste so creamy and smooth for an eau de vie. Pure joy in a bottle. This is a single bottle case purchase and can not be added to a mixed case.
